Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 8, 2026

Hyperion Companies, Inc. ("Hyperion," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website at hyperion.inc (the "Site") and use any services we offer through the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described herein, please do not use the Site.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: information you provide to us voluntarily and information collected automatically when you browse the Site.

Information You Provide

When you contact us, request information, submit a form, place an order, apply for a position, or otherwise interact with the Site, you may provide us with personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, company name, and any other details you include in your message or submission. We only collect the information necessary to fulfill your request or complete the relevant transaction.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, certain information may be collected automatically, but only after you provide your consent through our cookie consent mechanism. Before consent is given, no analytics or marketing data is collected. After consent, the following information may be collected: your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time and date of your visit, time spent on each page, device identifiers, and similar usage data.

2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Site. Cookies are small data files placed on your device that help us improve the Site and your experience.

How We Obtain Consent

When you first visit the Site, a consent banner appears at the bottom of the page. No analytics, marketing, or third-party tracking cookies are loaded until you make a choice. You may click "Accept" to allow these technologies or "Deny" to block them. Your choice is stored for 365 days. You may change your preference at any time by clicking the "Privacy Settings" link available on the Site.

Types of Cookies

Strictly Necessary Cookies. These cookies are essential for the Site to function. They include cookies that enable basic features such as page navigation, access to secure areas, and delivery of content through our hosting provider. These cookies do not collect personal information used for marketing and do not require consent.

Analytics Cookies. With your consent, we use analytics cookies to understand how visitors interact with the Site. This helps us improve the Site's content, layout, and performance. Our analytics service collects usage data such as pages visited, session duration, and general location derived from IP address.

Marketing and Functionality Cookies. With your consent, we use marketing and functionality cookies for form management, email communications, and site analytics. These tools may collect information about your interactions with the Site, including pages visited, links clicked, and form submissions.

Security Cookies. We use a security service to protect the Site from automated abuse. This service may collect hardware and software information, such as device and application data, to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic.

Tag Management

We use a tag management service to manage the deployment of analytics and marketing scripts on the Site. The tag manager itself does not collect personal data, but it facilitates the loading of other services after consent is provided.

Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal indicating your preference to opt out of data sharing, we treat this as an automatic opt-out for analytics and marketing cookies. No tracking technologies will be loaded, and no consent banner will be displayed.

3. How We Use Your Information

We may use the information we collect for the following purposes: to operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services; to respond to your inquiries, requests, and communications; to process transactions and send related information, including purchase confirmations and invoices; to send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages; to analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with the Site (with your consent); to detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and security concerns; and to comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. SMS and Mobile Communications

Hyperion may send operational SMS messages to authorized company personnel. By providing your mobile phone number to Hyperion and providing written consent to company management, you agree to receive operational and administrative text messages from Hyperion at the number provided. Message frequency varies based on operational needs. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. To receive help, reply HELP or contact us at contact@hyperion.inc. Opting out of SMS will not affect your employment or access to other company communications.

When you consent to receive SMS messages from Hyperion, we collect and use your mobile phone number solely for sending operational and administrative communications. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is stored securely and retained only for as long as you remain an authorized message recipient. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

Service Providers. We may share your information with third-party vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as web hosting, analytics, email and customer relationship management, and security. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide their services to us.

Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.

With Your Consent. We may share your information for other purposes with your express consent.

California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA)

We are committed to compliance with the California Invasion of Privacy Act. We do not install, use, or permit the use of any pen register or tracking device on your device or browser without your prior, informed, and affirmative consent. All analytics and marketing technologies on the Site are blocked by default and are only activated after you provide explicit consent through our cookie consent mechanism.

7. Do Not Track Signals

Some web browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. Because there is no universally accepted standard for how to respond to DNT signals, we do not currently respond to them. However, we do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as described in Section 2.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Usage data collected through analytics tools is retained according to the default retention settings of the applicable service provider unless we configure a shorter retention period.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us through our Contact Page.

11. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications that are not operated by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. By using the Site, you consent to such transfer, storage, and processing.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
